TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking and using our private multi-entertainment room services. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and made on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payments can be made via paynow to Ju Space Pte Ltd UEN 202503609C.
  • Full payment and a security deposit of S$200 is required to confirm a reservation.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
  • The security deposit shall be refunded within 72 hours from the event date and Ju Space reserve the rights to forfeit or deduct from the deposit for any damages or deductions required.
  • All bookings must be done by personnel aged 18 and above.

3. Use of Facilities and Cleaning Up

  • Ju Space is strictly for entertainment purposes.
  • All guests are required to clean up the premise after usage and dispose off all rubbish out of the unit to the main rubbish chute at level 1.
  • Ju Space do not charge any Cleaning Fee if the premise is returned to us clean (Similar to handover condition). However, if unit is in unsatisfactory condition, a cleaning fee of S$150 will be charged.
  • Guests must comply with all laws and venue policies.
  • Any damage to the premises or equipment is the guest’s responsibility, and repair costs may be charged.
  • Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who exhibit disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal behavior.

4. Venue Access

    Access to the venue for setup is permitted 30 minutes before the start time on the day of the event.
  • All belongings must be removed, and the venue vacated by the end time unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Capacity and Usage

  • The maximum capacity of the venue is 100 guests.
  • All activities must be Legal.

6. Noise Level

  • Noise level must be kept within legal limits.
  • In the event that there is any complaints on excessive or loud noise, the hirer shall ensure that the volume is turned down immediately.

7. Decorations and Caterers

  • Decorations are allowed in the premise, however, no permanent fixtures or usage of any items that may stain, leave markings, or damage the premise.
  • If any decorations cause any permanent stains or damages, the hirer shall be responsible for the repair works.
  • All decorations shall be removed by the end of the booked timing.
  • External caterers are allowed. All set ups are to be cleared before the end time and ensure no damage is done to the premise.

8. Safety and Liability

  • Guests use the facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
  • The host is responsible for the behavior of their guests, including minors.
  • We are not responsible for any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

9. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars and may change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full before the session begins.
  • Extra charges apply for overtime use or additional services requested.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal information is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you consent to our data collection and privacy terms.

11. Amendments and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Existing bookings will be honored based on the Terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Ju Space Pte Ltd is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, emergency repair works, unsuitability to rent due to unexpected conditions, etc.)

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be handled within the Singapore legal jurisdiction.

House Rules

  • No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Keep the doors closed at all times.
  • Respect the property: Treat the venue and equipment with care. Moving furniture is not allowed.
  • Keep it tidy: Dispose of trash properly. Food and beverage waste should not be discarded on the premises.
  • Respectful behavior: Be considerate to others. Abuse towards staff will not be tolerated.
  • No illegal activities: Any illegal behavior, including fighting, will be reported to the authorities.
  • Personal responsibility: We are not responsible for lost personal belongings.
