Yes, CCTVs are installed in the compound for safety purposes. CCTV footages will only be revealed when required by law. For your privacy, no CCTV footages will be released or revealed.
We accept payment via PAYNOW to UEN 202503609C. Card payments are allowed but additional charges may be applied.
Yes! You may definitely use external caterers or vendors. However, do ensure that the setup and rubbish are disposed off and removed from premise before the end of your booking.
Yes, there is a private toilet in the premise for usage.

We require full payment of venue hire fee and an additional security deposit of S$200 for booking to be confirmed. This deposit will be refunded 72 hours from the event if the premise is returned to us without any issues.

Yes, we allow bouncy castle, but do make an appointment with us to measure the space and see if the size suits you.

Absolutely! We allow party decorations for different events! But ensure that all decorations are removable and will not leave any residue or marks after removal! Remember to remove them when leaving! 

We are opened for late night bookings and 24/7 with prior appointments made.

The person booking must be aged 18 or above. We have no restrictions on the age of guests.
 

To keep the premise clean for everyone, no shoes are allowed in the premise. Shoe racks are available to place your shoes or you may leave it outside our unit.

We do not charge cleaning fee if the premise is returned to us in clean condition. However, if it is returned to us in unacceptable condition, at cleaning fee of $150 will be charged.
